Bid and buy on Ebay via SMS

Ebay are launching a Bid by SMS service, which allows for bids to be placed by SMS. Once registered, you will receive bid alerts on any item where your offer has been outbid by another Ebay user. You can respond to this alert, indicating what your new highest offer is. Ideal for those who cannot always be in front of their PC when an auction is due to end.

Texts cost 12p plus VAT.
