Alongside the C702 Cybershot phone, Sony Ericsson have also announced the C902 Cybershot.
The Sony Ericsson C902 Cybershot has a unique slide out lens cover, a design which instantly stands out amongst the crowd. The Cybershot camera is 5.0 megapixel, with Face Detection and Auto Focus. The screen is surrounded by illuminated camera shortcut keys when the camera is activated, offering an intuitive camera user experience. The lighting on the phone switches from white to blue when the camera is active, and the eight screen touch keys become illuminated, allowing you to choose between camera modes, Photo Flash, Face Detection, and Auto Focus and more. With a built in image stabilser you are assured of a quality picture with every shot.
The C902 incorporates the latest in lighting technology, called Photo Flash. This gives superior quality pictures, even in low-light conditions. A light solution has also been added for the Best Pic feature. Best Pic allows you to take nine photos in quick succession, from which you can choose the best one and just delete the rest.
A 3G phone with support for HSDPA Mobile Broadband, the C902 also supports Bluetooth 2.0 so you can listen to your favourite tunes from your phone with a compatible wireless Bluetooth headset. If you get bored of your own music collection, you can tune in to your favourite FM radio station via the built in Stereo FM Radio and listen to the latest hits. The C902 also supports the excellent Track ID application. If you are listening to a tune and you want to know the name of the song or artist, simply activate Track ID and record a snippet of the song. This will then be uploaded to the Sony Ericsson database and full track information including band name, song name, album name and where to purchase will be sent to your phone, usually within a matter of seconds.
The C902 Cybershot is a well built handset, sturdy and proportionate. Rumour suggests that the C902 will be the next handset used by James Bond in the upcoming film, Quantum of Solace.
The C902 Cybershot has 160MB of internal storage capacity, which can be expanded via a Memory Stick Micro M2 card.
