Going in to the New Year all manufacturers will have an idea of the handsets they will be releasing, at least for the first six months. The internet offers opportunities for fans of certain products to try and out guess the manufacturers, with mobile forums and chat rooms always a hot bed of rumour.
The N96 has been rumoured for a while now, but until now no one knew what this new Nokia handset would look like. However, today the internet has been a frenzy of activity with clearly real (i.e. not photoshopped) photos of the N96 emerging. Information on the spec for this handset is still patchy, but we expect a large amount of internal memory, support for digital TV, and a 5.0 megapixel camera to be part of the feature line up.
